Founded in 2019, BritePro Duct & Carpet Cleaning delivers professional carpet, upholstery, duct, and dryer vent cleaning across Niagara. Our work is built on technical training, defined standards, and a structured process — not shortcuts.
Meet The Owner
I’m Jack Stephens, owner of BritePro Duct & Carpet Cleaning.
I started BritePro in 2019 after seeing the same issues come up repeatedly: rushed jobs, vague promises, and cleaning that looks thorough on the surface but doesn’t actually address what’s built up inside the system.
My goal from the start was straightforward. Follow defined technical standards, use professional equipment, and do work I can stand behind long term.
My background includes a Residential Duct Cleaning Technician certification (Certified Ducts), a G2 Gas Technician certification (Niagara Skilled Trades Academy), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.
BritePro serves homeowners across St. Catharines and the Niagara region. Every job is approached the same way: defined process, proper equipment, realistic expectations.

At BritePro, every service follows defined professional standards.
Each job includes:
- Proper inspection before work begins
- Clear explanation of realistic outcomes

- Final inspection before completion
If a carpet has permanent wear, we explain it upfront.
If a duct system does not require cleaning, we say so.
